Should i blind date, my best friend has found a boy for me?

Okay i've just started dating boys, and i got two things about me that make me different, one is i'm small like my mum which is kewl, the other which is more difficult . . . i got big ears, not a little bit big, like i've tried hair styles like bobs and they still stick out, but really big. I'm not unattractive though and when i was 7 and 8 i even won two junior beauty contests( my mum glued back my ears then). Anyways, surgery is not an option for belief reasons, so because i can't hide my ears i've taken my best friends advice and got a short hair cut just with a fringe and some little earings too. So everyone can see my ears now but i dont have to hide them anymore and just accept that they are me. Anyways my first date just dumped me cause of my ears. Though my parents says im still beautiful enough to get a boyfriend, but my best friend say cause i got big ears i should date a boy with big ears and shes found a boy and she wonts me to date him. Should i date him or shouldn't i?

I just wanted to give you some words of encouragement. You may think you have big ears, but some men find that attractive. "To each his own". And your body proportion to your ears does not necessarily mean it will be like that forever. Yes, ears grow with you. But sometimes, you can also grow into your ears. And the rest of your body will develop in time. Some more quicker than others.





And only go on this blind date if you think you would have a good time. Not because your friend says you would make a good match with someone who also has big ears. Not cool. That is like an outfit that is all orange. Pants and shirt. No, it does not look correct. Opposites attract. Only go on the date if you think you will have a good time. Take care sweetie!
