To date or not to date????

i'm 19, and havent exactly dated a lot, but for some odd reason recently i've been getting more offers. anyhow, i know i'm kinda old and all (well not old, but u know what i mean, now a days most girls i know r having sex at 14...) and anyhow i'm not ready for sex yet. should i bother dating? cause really lets face it... if a guy knows your not ready will he really want to date u? i dunno, may be i'm not giving guys enough credit, but i guess thats why i'm askin....

Yes you are underestimating guys....there are many many guys who will love to date a girl who is fun and cute (yes guys are good but beauty matters!) and if she makes him full good and happy then sex can wait. You should date for following reasons:


it will be fun, exciting - I promise you


you will learn about guys over time which will make your future relationships more meaningful


Guys do date without sex


Life is too short, youth shorter - don't waste a day when you can have fun.

Reply:When you do start dating you are going to run into guys who wont want to date you if you tell them you aren't ready for sex, but there are plenty of guys out there who respect that in a girl. I've talked to many guys and they always tell me when they just sleep with a girl they do not respect her and have no interest in ever having a relationship with her. So long as you are honest from the beginning you can find someone who will appreciate it.
