Reply:I'm pretty damn sure that he liked you. If he didn't give you a hug that would mean that he was pretty shallow, so I think he genuinely cares for you. I don't think he should have kissed you considering it was only the 2nd date, and maybe he was just a shy guy. You should make the first move by holding his hand, giving him a hug at the end of the next date followed by a kiss. Remember: 3rd times the charm ;-)
