Alright, so there's this guy that I really like and he likes me in return. We talked the other day (our friends are trying to set us up... but they kinda were too much lol) and we both decided that we should go out and take things slow. He said he's gonna ask me on a date, but he's gonna think of something to do first (like where to go or how to ask... something). So, I've never had a date before, and I was wondering if anyone had advice, what would be something cool to do, what's appropriate for a first date... just in general how are 1st dates? lol, alright, thanks!
1st date, help please?
Be yourself. First dates are different for everyone and it's really boring if it's the same. If you want him to hold your hand, walk close to him and brush your shoulders on his and sometimes touch his hand by accident. THese are the little hints for the guy. IF you just want to do it straight off, then i guess you slid your hand down to his hand and LOCK your fingers. Those are sweet. And hug him when he drops you home or something. Be creative. That's all I have to say.

Wedding Date?
My fiancé and I have been engaged for awhile, and we set the wedding date 6 months ago. One of my girl friend started to date one of our friends several months ago. They recently got engaged and they set their wedding date the weekend after mine. Is it just me or is it odd to set the wedding date the weekend after mine?

Is my due date wrong??
I am currently 36 weeks pregnant (supposedly) and am unsure about my due date. I had abnormal and missed periods so my last menstrual period does not work for determining my due date. At around 10 weeks, I had a dating ultrasound and they determined that I was due on October 16th. The problem is, at 35 weeks, my ultrasound said that the baby was already nearly 7 pounds and all of the measurements said 38 weeks. Also, when they measured from my pubic bone to the top of the uterus, it also measured three centimeters bigger than it should have. I am just curious if anyone who has had a dating ultrasound has had their baby on or around when their supposed due date was. OR, did you deliver earlier?/ later??? Please offer me some insight if you have dealt with this at all... I am getting very anxious and uncomfortable and am just wondering what other women have experienced.

You are supposed to allow for two weeks before and two weeks after the "due date" given to you. Meaning you could either be around 34 weeks, which it sounds like you are not, or around 38 weeks. 38 Weeks sounds about right for you.
Reply:According to my ultra sound and regular measurments I measured two weeks bigger my whole pregnancy, My doctors DID not and WOULD not change my due date. I was unsure of the date of my last period because I was on birth control and had to count back the weeks and assume the date.
My son ended up being overdue. When my water broke it was not clear, meaning he definatly was ready to come out!
Meconium was in my amniotic fluid.
We had alot of complications during the labor, due to this, I wish they would have moved my date, maybe we could have avoided an emergency c section due to his fetal distress.

Me and my fiance have been trying to have a baby. I took a test last week and it showed that I am indeed pregnant. I used an online due date calculator and it told me the conception date. We didn't have sex on that date and I was wondering if the conception date was something different. I know these things aren't 100% accurate but I've always wondered about that.

The date of conception is the date of ovulation. Sperm can survive in the female body for up to 3-5 days. So you can have sex on Monday, and conceive on Friday. Or the estimated dates could be wrong.
Most women ovulate about 2 weeks (12-16 days) before their next period, regardless of the length of their cycles. So if your estimate was 14 days counted from the beginning of the cycle, it is almost always wrong! It is an average. It is as accurate as saying you are 5'4" tall because that is the average height for a woman!! You could be perfectly normal and ovulate on day 8 or day 28 of your cycle.

Reply:well, for me, it depends on how well the date goes. if it feels like there's a connection, and no kiss, i would be a little concerned, but don't automatically assume that he doesn't like me. if i don't hear from him , and can't get a hold of him, then i assume he doesn't like me. hope that helps. :)
