Fun Date Ideas??? (Give me a good answer and i'll give you 10 points)?

Ok, so my date for prom and I decided that it would be more fun if we just did our own thing and hung out instead of actually going to the prom. We're still telling our parents that we're going to prom, so that we can stay out later, but then we'll also be all dressed up for our date.





So does anyone have any good ideas for a date (besides a simple dinner/movie)? We want this to be really special and fun, so that we can always remember this and look back and not regret missing the prom.





We were thinking of going on a picnic or something, but that's only for the afternoon. We need some ideas for what to do at night (keep in mind that we get to stay out pretty late, so time probably won't be a big issue).





I really like this girl, and from the way things have been going, I think she might like me too :] Please give me some suggestions for where to go/what to do on our date!

go to a park %26amp; look at the stars at night. (if its a clear day, of course) you guys can talk alot and get to know each other even better (: %26amp; it would be really romantic.

The Picnic Idea is a good start Maybe you can follow that up with or preceede with some horseback riding...





Each of you should have a camera and don't forget a tripod... Both of you should take pictures from your own perspectives and a few together shots...





Since Prom and Graduation are key defining moments you should make a written account of the entire day. Each of you should prepare a look into the future so to speak... Where do you expect to be 10 years from now... You might also include some of your mutual friends... sit and discuss it together and then seal it away for the next 10 years....





The most important thing to do is enjoy yourself... Take in the moment(s) understand that you are 17 and you will never be 17 again soak it all up...





Go out and have dinner... Go for a drive to the beach...


Bring a telescope and stargaze... (some are pre programed with astronomical highlights if you are not into astronomy)


walk on the beach and enjoy each other's company.... Kiss under the moon light and watch the sun Rise.... Then go home and Sleep!
Reply:where are you exactly?? are you somewhere here in cali?? if you are then i would suggest that you go and check out the grifiith obervatory and check out the stars, you could even have a star named after her or checkout palos verdes or signal hill.. or if your not here in cali.. take her somewhere where you could see the entire city (the city looks nice at night because of the lights..) and maybe you could have your own picnic there... then who knows you could tell her that you like her there...

What about an art studio? Depending on where you live, you could go to a clay studio where you make your own pottery and get to keep it...just make arrangements to pick it up a couple days later. It would be a lasting memory.


An indoor waterpark or amusement park?


Take a change of clothes, seriously...go out for a nice dinner in your dress clothes but then change and let loose...go play soccer or go to a playground and push her on the swings and sit on top of the tunnels and watch the sun set and talk about what you want out of life, or talk about nothing...whatever.


You're only young once, I say enjoy it and just don't overplan the night.
Reply:get a bunch of friends together and find a remote place where you can circle up the cars and blast some music, like a mini after prom party but with people and music you want to tolerate. lol. Have a mini after prom. :-)





Or make a bonfire sit by it and talk about how the night went make smores etc... ?





If all else fails and you go have dinner and a movie, find a drive in movie theater i know at the ones i go to you can stay and watch as many movies as you please and its funner than a regular theater.

Reply:i don't know if this would be helpful depending on where you live but i know when i was dating this guy one time we went and hung out on a dock of a lake at night and just watched the water and the moon. maybe bring some picnic type things (dessert..) and just chill and talk, and maybe even dance a little. That was a while ago but i still remember it and still gives me a really peaceful and happy feeling to think about. If you don't have any kind of lake maybe anther romantic spot like that. no sexual things required to have a romantic cute night. otherwise i could suggest something cheesy like lasertag, thats always fun, haha.
