I need a date THIS INSTANCE!?

My friend and I were planning a double date today. I was getting all ready for it, and I decided to just give my date the heads up that I would be over at her house in 20 min.s. I call her, and wouldn't you know it, but she had gotten called in to work and wouldn't be off shift till the date was over. I told my friend, and he is now worried. He's got this personal philosophy that he won't go on single dates until college. He NEEDS a double. But I don't know who to ask! I've called a few girls I'm more familiar with, but I can't think of anyone else that will be ready and willing to go on a date this instance!





So what should I do? I know plenty more girls, but I don't feel I know them well enough to have them be all ready to go RIGHT NOW. Should I tell my friend to go alone, or should I call all the girls I know until I get one?

If your friend has a philosophy that he won't go on single dates until college, I don't think he's going to go on the date if you're not there!
