The effective date of incorporation as stated in the articles of incorporation.





If the effective date is not stated in the articles of incorporation, it will default to the date and time specified in the laws of the state you incorporate in, which is usually the same date the Articles of Incorporation are filed, sometimes it is one second after midnight on the following day. It depends on the laws.
