I have been a member since 1999 and have two old style yahoo profiles and recent created a 360 page in July I noticed when you link your old profile to the 360 page it reflects the date started of July 2006 not the Februrary 1999 date. When you join private groups on yahoo, moderators look at your profile and the start date and this is sometimes a determining factor on whether they will let you join (i.e he's been a member since 1999 and never been reported for abuse) . Is there anyway to get 360 to reflect the date started of the original profile in yahoo?

No you can't. The date is when you started the 360 page, not when you started the account.
