well you see there is this guy who i thought was a total loser but then he began to turn my way of thinking around. he protects me from being hurt and he calls me all the time. He would basicly do anything for me. For a few months he has been asking me out and i have been playing hard to get in the back of my mid without realising it myself by dating his freinds. but i really realized 2 weeks ago that im falling for him. it would kinda ruin my rep if i dated him but i want to try a confidential relationship because i just jump right into relationships usually. he is really a sweet guy and everyone thinks we are flirting(and we are) a problem is my mom doesnt like that i think of dating him cause he is not of our faith. I know it shouldnt matter but it does to my parents and they wont change their minds. WHAT SHOULD I DO! and the faith thing really is a problem like i cant just say "screw it" im really not sure of my feelings for him and want to wait till summer to date.

before u possibly go for this think really hard if u like him, know for sure otherwise u going out with him can completely ruin ur friendship. it is hard when they don't believe wat u believe maybe try being single for a while and figure out what u as a person really wants out of life and if having a bf right now is going to help u or pull u down.

Reply:well this is something that you must do on your own. we can give you things that we would do but when it comes down to it you have to find your own way. you need to talk to your guy friend and find out were you two stand on feelings for each other and how far you want it to go with him. i know of some relationships that started out with one not being what the other goes for and when all was said and done it was the best thing they every done for each other. they completed each other and i am not saying that you will have that but it could be a chance. also you need to think about if you want to make your parents happy or yourself. amd if they love you they will come around. that is all any parent wants is for thier child to be happy. so all i say is take a leap of faith and see how things work out. might be a blessing undercover. if you don't you will always wonder what if..............
